ABOUT THE TASK

In summer 2017 I had the idea of renewing the for me broken relationship between consulting companies and their clients. I think we need a new way to work together without the need for consulting companies to act strategic to create more revenue for their business and the wish of the clients to get the most out of their spend money. A new way to work together and still get the biggest advantage from external partners which is for me the fresh and uncompromised perspective on companies. The bigger view.

For this I’m conducting some interviews at the moment to better understand the needs of the companies and to develop a solution / business model which fits both sides best.

My goal is to build a community of different companies to share learning and collaboration knowhow, to find the best learning content, to educate the companies in the field of modern learning and collaboration and to start projects together which helps all parties to train there employees better. To experience and learn “NewWork” by doing it!

It’s an open process… Let’s see, what is possible. 🙂
